Album Premiere: James Edge And The Mindstep- ‘Machines He Made’

Hailing from Kent and now based in London, James Edge started to gig back in 2006 before forming James Edge And The Mindstep and releasing their debut album in 2010. He has since received acclaim from the likes of 6Music’s Tom Robinson and Alex Lester on BBC Radio 2, and is now set to release new raw, folk-fused album.

Machines He Made is an eclectic collection of eleven tracks, each exuding their own unique rich musicality. Fusing together elements of jazz and folk, with a bit of punk and a bit of country thrown in there, the album is a truly innovative, experimental sonic delight.
