Black Grape announce UK ‘Comeback Tour’ dates

To celebrate 20 years of It’s Great When You’re Straight… Yeah, Black Grape will be back on the road for a massive 21-date tour.

Formed after the split of Happy Mondays, Shaun Ryder and Bez teamed up with rappers Kermit and Psycho, and drummer Jed Lynch to make up Black Grape. Now with just Ryder, Bez and Kermit, the group are back to reminisce on their ‘mad carnival’ of rap, house, rock, soul and pop.

Celebrating 20 years of It’s Great When You’re Straight… Yeah, the group will embark on a huge, one and a half month long tour which will kick off in Glasgow on June 3, then seeing shows played in the likes of Middlesbrough, Bilston, Cambridge, Dublin, Manchester, the Shetlands and Newcastle, before wrapping things up at Warrington’s Parr Hall on July 12.
