Brandon Flowers announces UK tour

Killers frontman Brandon Flowers has revealed the details of a solo UK tour to take place in May.

Whilst The Killers have been on hiatus, Flowers has been working on his follow-up to Flamingo. His second solo album The Desired Effect is set for release on May 18, with the album artwork and trailer appearing on his website late last week.

Alongside the album release, Brandon Flowers will be playing 5 dates across the UK including London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Leeds and Birmingham in late May.

Coinciding with the UK tour announcement, it has been revealed Flowers’ first single from the record, ‘Can’t Deny My Love’, will be played on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show tonight from 7:30pm.

24 – Manchester, Academy
25 – Edinburgh, Usher Hall
26 – Leeds, O2 Academy
28 – Birmingham, O2 Academy

Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday (March 27), and there will be an exclusive fan club presale on Wednesday (March 25).
