A indie pop/R&B artist hailing from South Carolina, Cannon blends a unique fusion of electronic sounds in his new single “Conversations”. The track is about pushing your issues aside and numbing pain by the act of avoidance.   Cannon reveals, “It’s easier to turn to quick tricks to feel better or ignore feeling bad entirely than to really consider and engage with how we feel. There’s a really important difference between talking and having a conversation, whether it’s with ourselves or with others—and this song is emphasizing that difference.” Featuring vivid soundscapes of sleek synths and rich, warm vocals, “Conversations” is more subdued than his last release “Stan Smiths” but equally as captivating. 

The 21-year old artist got his start playing open mic nights with his acoustic guitar. Developing a hip-hop sound that bursts with originality, Cannon has built a name for himself, even working with well-known talent such as singer/actress Peyton List.
