Cigarettes After Sex share new single ‘Each Time You Fall In Love’ + announce world tour
If you’re disillusioned with modern romance; turn down the lights, lay on the floor, and stare at the ceiling whilst playing Cigarettes After Sex‘s new single ‘Each Time You Fall In Love’. It’s the third track to be taken from their forthcoming self-titled EP (released on 9th June via Partisan Records) and it’s guaranteed to melt your heart.
Like previous releases ‘K’ and ‘Apocalypse’, ‘Each Time You Fall In Love’ smoulders with introspective passion. When asked about the song, lead singer Greg Gonzalez explained:“It’s mostly about how I was never able to find myself completely satisfied with any romance or love affair that I had been through. It was as if I was always on the lookout for something more & it had gotten me into plenty of trouble over time.”
Currently on the road in Asia, Cigarettes After Sex will kick off a busy summer festival season with an appearance at Primavera Sound in Barcelona on May 30th. The band have also announced a massive global headline tour for this Autumn starting in Vancouver, Canada on September 7th and wrapping up in Warsaw, Poland on December 7th. The UK leg of the tour will take in Nottingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Belfast, Manchester and will culminate in a show at London’s Roundhouse on November 20th (all dates are listed below).
