It’s been quite a year for Andrew D. Smith; having released his debut solo EP back in April, he has now also joined successful indie-pop outfit – The Boxer Rebellion – with a number of summer festival appearances and tour dates with them under his belt. Now, under his solo guise of Your Correspondent, the talented troubadour is back with another enchanting offering.
‘Rockpools’ oozes twinkling guitar melodies, alongside sweeping strings and Smith’s smooth, stirring vocals. A slice of effervescent beauty, mirroring its subject matter perfectly.
