Discovery of the Week: Lizbet Sempa

Lizbet Sempa is THE upcoming voice; a soulful energy from London, she has just released the first single from her new EP, Built For Love. Sempa’s voice is absolutely stunning. It’s deep and strong, and a clear sense of her natural talent is portrayed in ‘All The Things’.

The production of this track is effortlessly impeccable – there isn’t a moment that can be criticised or, in my opinion, disliked. A brooding atmosphere of beautiful piano chords and layered vocals give this gentle yet jazzy song a gospel vibe, with the only additional element being some simple drums; such a sparse instrumental thus allowing Sempa to show off. And, let’s be honest, she deserves it.
