Donovan to tour the UK for the first time in 10 years

Donovan has announced that he will be going on his first UK tour in 10 years in October this year.

The 60s legend that is Donovan will be touring across the UK as part of his ‘The 50th Anniversary Tour’. It will see him play towns and cities such as Edinburgh, Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield, Manchester, Gloucester, Portsmouth, Bristol, Oxford, Worthing and London. The 22-date tour will see fans treated to his hits including ‘Mellow Yellow’, ‘Sunshine Superman’, ‘The Hurdy Gurdy Man’ and ‘Jenifer Juniper’, along with his storytelling and cult songs. Celebrating his 50 years in the music industry, the tour will also feature material off his most recent album Donavan Retrospective and single ‘One English Summer’.

Speaking about the tour, Donovan says, “I am delighted to be going on tour in October, to thank all who have followed my work from the beginning and to all who have just discovered me.”
