She Drew The Gun give away free download track to celebrate International Women’s Day

In celebration of International Women’s Day, Merseyside band She Drew The Gun have shared a new song and kindly made it available to download for free. ‘Thank You’ celebrates the solidarity of women, and is an empowering call to arms filled with racing riffs and Lousie Roach’s distinctive smooth vocals. An ode to Roach’s female inspirations – “Aretha, Joni, Nina, Alanis, Dolly, Annie, Janis…” – you can download ‘Thank You’ for free here.

As part of International Women’s Day, the band will also be playing a special show tonight at Rough Trade East – catch them, along with Hannah Lou Clarke, from 7pm!

Memories Of Another Future, the new album from She Drew The Gun, is out 17 March via Skeleton Key Records. And, following the release, the band will be setting off on their biggest tour to date. Catch them live throughout March:
