A stunning accompaniment to their latest single, ‘M.O.D,’ Akiva are sharing their new video exclusively on Gigslutz.
The video – made by Berlin-based animator Wayne McCauslin (of Backyard Society) – goes hand in hand with a track about the “hypocrisy of the political class sending soldiers out against the public’s wishes, while simultaneously praising their bravery on national television” effectively illustrating the desperation, passion and despair of the lyrics.
It’s a track about conflict and politics presented so, so beautifully by McCauslin, and aided by its pulsing rhythms and anthemic vocals, sticks in the mind- heavy, but important.
