The alter ego of musician Harry Dean, Dream Giant is streaming his debut album A Different Light exclusively on Gigslutz.
Written between his London bedroom, and the windowless backroom of a laundrette, A Different Light feels like an album that’s been written in comfort. Not because it’s by any means complacent, but rather because in its swirling dreaminess, it sounds assured. It’s the sound of a musician making exactly what they want to make.
This might be Harry Dean’s first solo venture, but it showcases a perfectly crafted, unique sound.
