Faith No More revealed as final Open’er headliner

Finally the last headliner for Open’er Festival 2014 has been announced in the form of Faith No More who play the gig just hours after Mike Patton and co. perform at London’s Hyde Park by special invitation from Black Sabbath.

Although their latest studio release dates back to 1997, Faith No More are still listed among the most influential rock bands in the world. They formed in 1981 in San Francisco, but the major breakthrough for the group was when they recruited singer Mike Patton and released “The Real Thing” 25 years ago.  Still a seminal album – still a seminal band.

Open’er takes place between 2nd and 5th June in Gdynia, Poland. The likes of Interpol, Jack White, Peal Jam, Phoenix, Lykke Li, The Black Keys and Foals have already been announced.
