Fatherson announce new album and share single ‘Making Waves’

Alongside the release of their new single ‘Making Waves,’ Fatherson have shared details of their forthcoming third album, Sum Of All Your Parts, due out 14 September.

Having sold out the likes of Glasgow’s Barrowlands and London’s Scala, touring with the likes of Frightened Rabbit, Biffy Clyro and Idlewild, Fatherson are an unstoppable live force, but their records are just as powerful.

Describing ‘Making Waves’ as indicative of what to expect from the new album, a “heart on your sleeve slacker tune with a tonne of groove,” the track sets the album up as a new direction for Fatherson; a newfound edge.

Alongside the single and album releases, the band have announced four special album preview shows in some of their favourite small venues across the UK, as well as a handful of festival dates.
