The Assist have dropped their long awaited new EP ‘Lost’ which contains 4 infectious, fizzy, glass half full bangers with ‘Exist’ the stand out track on an EP that deals with the issues and realities of modern life. Lead singer Mikey says, “the songs are about personal experiences that offer a guiding hand in an often very complex society, a reassurance that it’s okay to not be okay. And to never stop doing what you love”.

Currently storming up the iTunes indie/alt chart and mixing with big guns Arctic Monkeys, Noel Gallagher and Florence and The Machine in the top 20, The Assist have brought the party and shown the way forward, yet again.
