Scrappy, indie-punk refuseniks Bilk recently opened the new Rize Festival, getting the party well and truly started with their sharp lyrics and high energy indie soundscapes. New single ‘Spiked’, produced by Rich Turvey (Blossoms, The Coral), is “a story of when I went to a house party and I think some one might of spiked my drink cos I was proper mangled and I could barely remember anything the next morning”, says lead singer Sol. Listen up, gulp it down. One blast of Bilk and you’ll be hooked.
Bilk have recently toured with Cabbage and head out on a tour of their own next month till late November. Dates below.
