This Feeling Track of the Day : Bugeye ‘I’m Not The One’

Taking inspiration from early pop punk bands such as Siouxsie and the Banshees and with visual nods to David Lynch  ‘I’m Not The One’ sees Disco Pop Punks return with their first new music of 2018. With deeply personal lyrics (see below) and a video production debut from front women Angela Martin as video director, heart and soul has gone into this, and it shows. Catch the band in London over the next few months plus Camden Rocks and Tramlines Festivals.

the song revisits taking care of my Mother in her final weeks of life in 2013 where diary notes that later influence the song state; I’m not the one that saves the day, I’m not the smart one that thinks of a cure, but maybe tonight I’ll think of something to ease the coming days to give you peace.
