‘Dirty Knees’ EP is the cumulation of the hard work and dedication Sheffield 4-piece The Wired put into their music, bolstered by an knack of writing great, catchy hooks. Lead single ‘Stay Here’ is the more pop-driven of the three, the chorus set on fire by synthy guitar pedals, and is currently receiving love from Radio 1’s Huw Stephens and Radio X’s John Kennedy, always a sure sign of quality.

The band start a string of April/May dates in Manchester tonight. Ones to watch.
