Gaslight Anthem announce new album details and European tour plans

New Jersey boys the Gaslight Anthem have revealed details of their highly anticipated new LP ‘Get Hurt’ which will be released on August 18.

The album will be released through Virgin EMI and was recorded in the legendary Blackbird Studios in Nashville. ‘Get Hurt’ spans 15 tracks and has been produced by Mike Crossey who is well known for his work with the Arctic Monkeys and Jake Bugg.

In light of the success they gained off their 2012 album ‘Handwritten’, this new release will see the band walking in uncharted territory as they explore the influences of folk, punk and Americana rather than sticking with their wholesome ingredient of rock ‘n’ roll.
