Gigslutz x DECSandLondon: HARD HITTERS 002

Each week, our ‘Hard Hitters‘ list, compiled alongside UK streetwear brand DECSandLondon, brings you the biggest and best new music. Featuring a mixture of established artists and up & coming talent, we aim to give you a well rounded view of the tunes we think you need to hear right now…

Dex Man ft Snap Capone & Yung Bird ‘Mash That’

UK rapper Dex Man has teamed up with fellow artists Yung Bird and Snap Capone on this certified street anthem. The gritty sound accompanied by the provocative visuals is a great combination and we’re looking forward to hearing more tunes like this from Dex in the near future. Follow Dex Man on Twitter.

Mark Asari ft Giggs ‘Good One’

When we heard that singer/songwriter Mark Asari had teamed up with rap heavyweight Giggs, we knew the track was gonna be huge and it didn’t disappoint. Mark’s smooth vocals fused with a solid verse from the Peckham wordsmith are a perfect match – throw in a slick beat from Greatness Jones and you have this banger.

Manga Saint Hilaire ‘Hate Me Slow’

“Hate me slow and love me fast – embrace my future, accept my past – trust my flaws and kiss my scars” is the deep hook on the Roll Deep MC’s latest effort ‘Hate Me Slow’. Produced by Hucci, the track continues Manga’s onslaught of intriguing, contemporary Grime music and long may he continue. Follow Manga on Twitter.

Guvna B ‘Feel That Vibe’

Former MOBO Award winner Guvna B is set to release his brand new album Secret World shortly and ‘Feel That Vibe’ is the first track to be shared from it. Produced by JimmyJames, ‘Feel That Vibe’ fuses classic bassline/garage sounds with Guvna’s energetic lyricism creating this massive dancefloor banger. Follow Guvna B on Twitter.

DDark ‘Undisputable’

Having been part of the UK music scene for a while now, DDark is still managing to keep the levels very high and his latest track ‘Undisputable’ is yet another example of his vast talents. Spot DDark wearing a #DoItLikeItsLegal T shirt from DECSandLondon in the video too. Follow DDark on Twitter.

Big Cakes ft Wiley ‘Burn Them With Success’

Sick bars, a wicked animated video and a feature from the Godfather of Grime; Big Cakes really struck gold with this one. ‘Burn Them With Success’ is a great message from the London rapper and when you’re able to call on features from artists like Wiley, you’re definitely doing something right. Follow Big Cakes on Twitter.

Jordan Sefton ‘God, JS (ii)’

North London rapper Jordan Sefton returns with part two of his ‘God, JS’ series and this effort is easily as good, if not better than the first. His flows are as tight as ever and he rhymes over the spacey, jazz-inspired beat with serious style and class. Follow Jordan Sefton on Twitter.
