Goat Girl announce mammoth self-titled LP

Hurray!  Goat Girl has finally announced that their debut record, Goat Girl, has been set with an April release date.

Revealed to feature a truckload of tracks (19 to be exact) the self-titled first LP from Goat Girl is without a doubt one of the most anticipated album’s of this year, so far.

The forthcoming long play – released via Rough Trade Records on April 6 – will open with tracks ‘Salty Sounds’, ‘Burn the Stake’ and ‘Creep’.   The unmistakable brilliance of ‘Cracker Drool’ also features on the LP, alongside ‘Moonlit Monkey’, ‘Throw Me a Bone’ and penultimate track ‘Country Sleaze’.

Goat Girl is currently sharing their latest single to be taken from their self-titled LP, titled ‘The Man’.  The electrifying track, alongside the CC Wade-directed video, can be streamed below the Goat Girl tracklist.

“Simply put, it’s an album that comes from growing up in London and the first-hand experience of our city’s devolution. We wanted to think of it as this place seen not necessarily just through our eyes, but someone who can’t get past the abnormalities and strange happenings that exist in our city.”
