GoldLink announces debut LP & shares brand new track

US rapper/singer and future-bounce pioneer, GoldLink, has announced his first full-length project entitled And After That, We Didn’t Talk. The project is set for release on 13th November via London label Black Butter Records. The 11 track LP will also feature singer/saxophonist Masego and a range of vocals and melodies from up and comer April George.

goldGoldLink has received an overwhelming amount of early support off of the strength of one mixtape, The God Complex, gained recognition from many industry experts and propelled him into the spotlight. Receiving further praise from the Hip Hop world, GoldLink has also been received a co-signed from none other than Rick Rubin. Now poised to bridge the gap between Hip Hop and Dance music, GoldLink is an artist on the ascendancy.

As a proven boundary-pushing and forward-thinking artist, the decision to align himself with Black Butter Records was a logical next step in spreading this new sound. Making waves on the live scene, GoldLink’s vision has been further cemented through headlining Soulection live shows in LA, his home town of Washington D.C and at London’s KOKO.

‘Spectrum’ is the brand new track that GoldLink has unleashed ahead of the project and this electro-rap fusion is an exciting insight into what we may be able to expect from the LP. Produced by Louie Lastic, ‘Spectrum’ was premiered via Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 Radio show, but you can listen to the track in it’s entirety below.

GoldLink’s And After That, We Didn’t Talk is scheduled for release on 13th November and you can pre-order your copy via iTunes now here.
