Guns N’ Roses announce 3D movie

Guns N’ Roses have announced they are releasing a 3D concert movie on July 1.

The film was recorded at their Las Vegas gig back in November 2012, which commemorated the 25th anniversary of Guns N’ Roses’ Appetite for Destruction LP.  Footage will also be shown from the rock band’s residence at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in the Nevada state city.

And if that’s not enough, Guns N’ Roses covers of The Beatles tune ‘Live and Let Die’ will be shown as well as The Who’s ‘The Seeker.’

After being shown in selected cinemas across the US on June 18 and 19, it will be released on DVD and Blue-ray on July 1.

This news has come in the same week lead singer Axl Rose was named the ‘greatest singer of all time’ by a chart put together by Concert Hotels, which looked at the vocal ranges of all the top singers in the world.
