Happy Mondays announced for Bez’s ‘Frack-Free Sunday’ Festival

Ahead of his campaign to ‘shake things up’ and become Salford’s next MP; maraca legend Mark Berry, AKA Bez, has announced that Happy Mondays will be preforming at his ‘Frack-Free Sunday’ event in June.

The ‘Frack-Free Sunday’ Festival is set to take place at Fleetwood FC’s Highbury Stadium on June 1st, used to promote the possible future MP of Salford’s ani-fracking message.   Speaking about the festival to NME, Bez has said: “It’s a proud day for me to announce that the first major event I’ve ever put together is being held in the North West.”

Bez continued to say: “I’m personally doing everything I can to support the cause [anti-fracking] and raise awareness! Come and support us!”

Bez’s event is set to boast ten hours of live music, with memorable performances from: Bez’s band Happy Mondays, The Troggs and local bands such as Monster Squad and The People. Tickets for the festival range from £29-£35 and are available for purchase now.

This extraordinary festival is something not be missed out on; tickets are selling like hot-cakes and this is an opportunity not to miss out on.
