Hot Chip, Camille O Sullivan, Fyfe Dangerfield and more join the bill for HowTheLightGetsIn 2018

Taking place 25 – 28 May, HowTheLightGetsIn – the world’s largest philosophy and music festival – has added a second wave of artists to its already impressive bill.

Joining the previously announced Saturday headliner as The Orb, Hot Chip will head the Sunday bill. Following widespread critical acclaim for their sixth studio album, Why Make Sense? the indietronic troubadours will take revellers on a nostalgic journey with their electro-pop DJ set on Sunday night.

Also joining the bill is Irish musician Camille O Sullivan. Known for spanning all genres from rock to cabaret, Camille O Sullivan brings both original songs and clever twists on classics to the festival.

Elsewhere on the bill is Fyfe Dangerfield, Luke Sital Singh, Badly Drawn Boy, Carny Villains, Laura Wraight , Tankus the Henge, The Turbans, Blair Dunlop, Undercover Hippy, Spiro, Yumi and the Weather and Patch and the Giant.

Boasting over 500 events and artists across 12 stages, HowTheLightGetsIn brings the world’s leading thinkers together with a magical programme of music, comedy, culture and performance – all set in atmospheric and intimate venues on the edge of the Black Mountains, alongside the river Wye. There is nowhere else in the world where you can dance into the night with Nobel prize-winners to the sounds of Mercury Prize nominees.
