Hurts have revealed the news that they’ll be playing three dates in the UK in February next year.
As part of a wider European tour which will see the duo play the likes of France, Austria, Russia and Germany, Hurts will be kicking things off with a trio of dates in the UK. Starting on February 11, they will play Glasgow’s O2 Academy before moving onto Manchester and then finally London. Full dates are below.
Hurts will be releasing their third studio album Surrender on October 9, following on from Exile and Happiness. The record continues the band’s work with Swedish producer Jonas Quant, but has also had input from Ariel Rechtshaid and producer Stuart Price (Madonna, The Killers). Four tracks have already been released from the album, which are singles ‘Some Kind Of Heaven’ and ‘Lights’, and then also ‘Rolling Stone’ and ‘Slow’.
Tickets will be available in a pre-sale for those signed up to the band’s mailing list from 10am this Wednesday (September 16), and then will be on general sale from 10am Friday (September 18).
