LCD Soundsystem announce Manchester residency

New Yorkers, LCD Soundsytem have announced a two-night residency in Manchester this September, with tickets going on sale tomorrow morning.

Headlining the 2017 opening weekend of Manchester’s notorious clubbing rite-of-passage, The Warehouse Project, LCD Soundystem is set to return to the Manchester for the first time since 2010.

The two Manchester shows, scheduled for Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 September, forms half of James Murphy and co.’s Autumn UK tour.

In aid of their forthcoming record American Dream, LCD Soundystem will play Store Street’s The Warehouse Project, alongside the iconic London venue, Alexandra Palace, as well as Glasgow’s Barrowland Ballroom.

American Dream is set to be released on September 1, ahead of the bands WHP shows.

General sale tickets for both LCD Soundsystem shows in Manchester will be on sale from 9 am on Wednesday, June 21 via the WHP Official website.  The tickets will be priced at £35 without booking fee.
