LISTEN: Opal Blue share trippy rework of ‘Big Yellow Taxi’

Not much is known about production duo Opal Blue, but ahead of the release of their debut EP She Goes Deep on 26th February, they’ve shared a rework of Joni Mitchell’s classic track ‘Big Yellow Taxi‘ – and we absolutely love it.

The duo hail from London and are known for utilising the sounds they find around them to create samples, such as sounds from the London Underground. They are yet to reveal their identity, but having already remixed for artists such as Femme in the past, they’ve managed to build a strong legion of, in their words ‘moody music’ fans.
