LISTEN: Pop quartet Anteros release swirling track, ‘Call Your Mother’

For lovers of Blondie, Sundara Karma and everything in-between, the sizzling new Anteros track is here for you.

Across the last few weeks, Anteros have made appearances at Y Not Festival, 110 Above and Bestival. After playing the series of live events, the dream-pop band have delighted us all with their latest single, ‘Call Your Mother.’

Swirling in edging funk, atmospheric rich-guitar sounds, and delicately cheerful vocals by front-woman Laura Hayden, it’s fair to say ‘Call Your Mother’ is an undeniable summer bop.

Represented by Distiller Records, the quirky pop-group continue to please us all with their infinite buoyant tracks. Alongside the news of their latest single, the London group have also announced a UK tour in anticipation for their upcoming album, scheduled for release, “early next year”, as hinted in an interview with Gigslutz.

Helmed by acclaimed producer Charlie Andrew, ‘Call Your Mother,’ swirls in modern pop, and indie-electronics. Pioneering a lucid, reassuring tone, their new single is all the guidance you need this year.
