LIVE (PHOTOS): The Staves, Alexandra Palace 22.09.15

Following the release of their second album, If I Was (produced by Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon), earlier this year, and ahead of their own headline tour starting next month, The Staves supported Florence + The Machine during their recent arena tour, culminating in four dates at Alexandra Palace. The folk trio (comprising sisters Emily, Jessica and Camilla Stavely-Taylor) create sparse, Americana influenced tracks, with their harmonies taking centre stage, while subtle strings playing behind, often slowly-building towards atmospheric endings. See below for our exclusive images of their second night at Ally Pally.
