NEW MUSIC: Circadian Rhythms release debut single After Hours (Fat Boi)

Jazz inspired, alternative pop duo Circadian Rhythms release their debut single After Hours (Fat Boi). Sun-kissed and soulful, the track blends various genres into a track befitting of any summer playlist.

The single opens with the electro tones of keyboard and synth, with the former taking clear control and driving the track with its summer fuelled sound whilst also playing clear homage to the duo’s love of alternative jazz. The melodic vocals soon come into play, propelling the track into somewhat of a dreamy haze. The soft and delicate nature of the vocals creates a distinct juxtaposition between the frantic and somewhat brooding jazz tones.

As the track races toward its climax the energy certainly picks up. With the tracks drums taking more focus, the alternative rock sound of electric guitar also dominates the track’s closing stages. The harder edge of the guitar demonstrates the genre bending nature of the track, with it providing a wonderful contrast to the tracks more pop focused sound.

Circadian Rhythm’s debut single After Hours serves as a euphoric celebration of hazy summertime adventure. A track that provides such dreamy chaos, it manages to take a multitude of inspirations and shine an even light upon each of them. This song is fitting for any and all summertime playlists, get it added before the sun goes down.
