NEW TRACK: Cassava – ‘Long Way Home’

‘Long Way Home’ is the latest release from Southampton rockers Cassava, and it’s three and a half minutes of manic indie guitar and anthemic vocals. The four-piece recently supported Milburn (one of their favourite bands) at The Engine Rooms in their hometown, and now they’re craving the support and attention that bigger stages inevitably bring.

The band also supported the likes of Hidden Charms in 2016, as well as playing several headline slots in and around their hometown. Their previous singles ‘Martha’ and ‘What Have You Got?’ were met with appreciation by their fans, and we’re sure that latest track ‘Long Way Home’ will be equally as well received. It’ll have listeners choosing to walk the longer route home, just so they can play the track on repeat.

2017 looks set to be another busy year for Liam (Vocals/Guitar), Torrin (Guitar), Jared (Bass) & Scott (Drums). They’ve been confirmed to play at Southampton’s Common People, and they’ll also be making an appearance at Blissfields this summer. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for more updates on Listen to Cassava’s Facebook  page, and listen to ‘Long Way Home’ below.
