NEW TRACK: Swine Tax – ‘Feels Like’

Newcastle-based trio Swine Tax have released their fourth single ‘Feels Like’, and it’s their most up-beat offering to date. Written and recorded during the band’s August residency at the iconic Sage Gateshead music venue, ‘Feels Like’ brims with the band’s trademark lo-fi sensitivity, but this time it’s laced with a subtle euphoria too

With its “playful vocal delivery and relatable subject matter”, ‘Feels Like’ expresses feelings of anticipation and anxiety whilst falling hopelessly in love with someone you’ve only just met; and specifically, the revelation of an entirely new (or long forgotten) sensation.

Following  recent shows with Spiral Stairs, Canshaker Pi, Dead Naked Hippies, Jonah Matranga, and the Orielles, there will be a launch gig for the single on 7th October in Newcastle upon Tyne which will feature hotly tipped emerging artists What We Call Progress (Newcastle), Blushes (London), and Primitive Painters (RSVP here). Listen to ‘Feels Like’ below, and follow Swine Tax on Facebook for more updates.
