New Track: Tijuana Bibles – ‘Ghost Dance’

Following on from their spicy set at T in Park, Tijuana Bibles continue to sizzle with the release of ‘Ghost Dance’ from their forthcoming EP Ghost/Dance/Movement. The Bibles are undoubtedly one of the hottest acts bursting out of Glasgow at the moment and lead track ‘Ghost Dance’ is a smoking return to the heavy rocking sound of earlier releases.

Make no mistake, this is a mind-blowing track that slaps the listener awake from the moment the guitar riff erupts. Reminiscent of Audioslave’s ‘Cochise’, ‘Ghost Dance’ leaves nothing behind and will have you rockin’ all out from the explosive opening seconds.

With Mikey Dornan pounding the crap out of the drums and singer Tony Costello bellowing his lungs out as he soars through the chorus, this is a band at the top of their game and – by the time the track comes to a crashing end – I am already moving my mouse towards the ‘Play’ button once again!

The Ghost/Dance/Movement EP is available from 4 September and, with the Bibles about to headline Glasgow’s Oran Mor before embarking on a European tour, the time for reckoning is coming soon.
