Welsh singer-songwriter Ynys has released his latest single Aros Am Byth.

With smooth disco beats and with crisp, uplifting elements of power-pop the song is a wonderful combination of 70’s and 90’s sounds, all whilst maintaining a distinctly modern sensibility. The tracks lyrical cementing in the native Welsh-tongue furthers its sense of effortless cool, akin to acts such as the Super Furry Animals and Gorky’s Zygotic Mynci.

Speaking of the track, singer/songwriter Dylan Hughes has said: “the vibe I was trying to get was Jeff Lynne taking over the studio after being at a Tame Impala listening party.”
