PREMIERE: Bakery Boys unleash the visuals for ‘Until The Day’

Fresh from the release of their latest track ‘Get Away’ and their Holla At A Baker, Pt.1 EP, Shack, Ace Boogie & Dirty Dre aka Bakery Boys are back and we’re excited to be able to bring you the premiere of the video for their brilliant new single ‘Until The Day.’

The track was born during a studio session with indie band The Thirst, whilst working on their upcoming EP. It’s a hugely inspirational offering about reaching for your goals and aiming for the stars, which is something this trio knows all about and discussed at length when they appeared on our Gigslutz Urban radio show earlier in the year. Check that interview out here.

‘Until The Day’ is the second track from Bakery Boys to feature members of The Thirst, this time Locks Laser and Mensa Hart. Locks Laser is actually the brother of Shack and Ace, so collaborating with the acclaimed 4-piece was a natural step. The Hip Hop beat on this track fuses with the slick raps and smooth vocals provided by the guys and provides yet another example of why Bakery Boys are so highly rated.

Talking about the collaboration, Ace said, “We’ve literally grown up with the rest of The Thirst. We’re really proud of everything they’ve achieved, and needless to say we think they’re amazing, so it was only right to get them in, family and all that!”Screen Shot 2015-12-17 at 12.22.51

The rest of the group added, “We had spoken about collaborating, but the track came together quite organically. Locks Laser played the beat and Mensah started singing the melody coming up with phrases like ‘reach our goals’ and ‘victory is ours’. With that we all literally began writing our verses on the spot. That fuelled Mensah with the fire to complete the hook, and the track was done.”

Once you’ve checked out the video above, we know you’ll be clamouring to hear more top quality music from Bakery Boys, so check out their Soundcloud here and make sure you follow the guys on both Twitter and Facebook to stay up to date on all the latest release news, gig info and much, much more.
