Premiere: Eat The Evidence – ‘Fruit Of The Loot’

Comparable to The Specials, NOFX and The Streets, but with a wit that surpasses anyone and everyone, Eat The Evidence are sharing their latest track ‘Fruit Of The Loot,’ from their album Sex, Drugs and & Wishy Washy Politics.

Described as “the punkest band on a reggae bill, or the reggae’est band on a punk night,” Eat The Evidence blend danceable rhythms with genuinely thought provoking lines. ‘Fruit Of The Loot’ looks at the artistic trappings of the British Empire, 3 minutes of ska and satire, and even a slide-whistle solo.

Sex Drugs & Wishy Washy Politics is out 9 June. And catch Eat The Evidence live for the album launch at Bones & Pearl Studios on on 3 June!
