Taken from their upcoming album Utopian Dreams Scottish five-piece The Imagineers have shared the video for their most recent single, ‘If I See You Again,’ premiered today on Gigslutz.
While the track journeys through foot-tapping melodies, and a Scottish twang that makes it charming and completely distinctive the video mirrors it. Following a young couple’s ups and downs and mischiefs ‘If I See You Again,’ is charming, yes, but it also has a grittiness too it. While it may be foot-tappy, there’s a darkness to the track and combined with the video shows The Imagineers unique ability for story-telling.
