Premiere: The Wild Things – ‘F.I.A’

Following their last track ‘Tell Me Why’, The Wild Things are back with their hugely explosive new single, ‘F.I.A.’

‘F.I.A’ was inspired by a desire to capture their high-energy live performance, a mean feat, no doubt, but one that The Wild Things have managed to achieve. An ode to a DIY approach, and their unwavering raw energy, ‘F.I.A’  doesn’t need frills to make it huge: it just is.

“A story of staring into the darkness, feeling that pull from the edge of the cliff and coming back ready to fight,” ‘F.I.A’ is a dose of empowerment, both lyrically and sonically, that will no doubt be welcomed with open arms. Whilst the band supposedly came together with the goal to enslave the human race, but decided to make a band instead due to a lesser effort required, it seems with ‘F.I.A’ alone – its addictive hooks and massive choruses – they’ve definitely got the power to have the human race under their thumbs.

‘F.I.A’ is out today. Listen below:
