PREVIEW: Listen to SKiNNY MiLK’s new tune ‘Creature’

Brighton duo SKiNNY MiLK are set to release their new EP Creature this summer, but you don’t have to wait that long to hear one of their new tunes. We’ve got a cheeky preview of the EP’s title track and it’s as filthy, abrasive, and addictive as their previous recordings.

Johnny (bass/vocals) and Tim (drums) have been gigging relentlessly across the capital since the start of the year, but between shows they’ve been spending time in the studio recording new material. Their upcoming EP has been mixed and mastered by Gang‘s Eric Tormey, who has enhanced the pair’s already distinctive, psych-tinged sound. Both ‘Creature’ and second track ‘Forever Changing/Tunnel Vision’ are going to melt the ear drums of SKiNNY MiLK’s fans, and the artwork (hand-drawn by Jay Mantis of Inevitable Daydream) is equally as mind-bending.

The rest of the year is set to be super busy for the pair. They’re playing Thee Oh Sees after-show party show on May 17th with the Black Tambourines, they’re planning to play gigs in Bristol and Bournemouth, then it’s straight back in to the studio again to lay down some more tracks. We can’t keep up with this prolific pair, but we suggest you listen to ‘Creature’ below and follow SKiNNY MiLK on Facebook for more updates about their future releases.
