Reading indie-rockers, Only the Poets raised the roof off at Red Stripe Presents: This Feeling TV Episode 10!

Show host Gordon Smart caught up with the four man indie band’s front man Tommy following their knockout performance at the live show, to chat through the young bands hopes, dreams and aims for the future including headlining Brixton Academy to creating mini festivals within festival campsites.

When asked about Reading Festival and the band’s notorious record for hosting mini festivals within a festival, performing live from the campsite, Tommy said: It’s all about getting people involved in a way more personal environment, I just go with an acoustic guitar, play three of our own tunes and tend to do a sing-a-long. It’s just to have a chat with them really, bring everyone down to the same level. Tommy continued humbly, We don’t see outsides bigger than our following, I don’t even like saying fans. But yeah, we do get to some some really cool things, at Truck festival recently we got to do a camp session with 180 people, it was mad!”
