Reading and Leeds announce 2019 headliners

Reading & Leeds have announced Foo Fighters, The 1975, Post Malone & Twenty One Pilots as their headliners for the festival in 2019.

Next years festival will take place from 23-25 August 2019 and once again will be held at the legendary sites of Richfield Avenue (Reading) and Bramham Park (Leeds).

Foo Fighters will make their triumphant return to headline for the fourth time following their sell out UK shows at the London Stadium and Etihad Stadium. Whilst The 1975, Post Malone and Twenty One Pilots are topping the bill for the first time.

The 1975 will be headlining Reading on the Friday (23rd) and Leeds on the Saturday (24th). Whilst Post Malone and Twenty One Pilots will be co-hosting Reading on the Saturday (24th) and Leeds on Sunday (25th). Closing the show at Reading will be Foo Fighters on Sunday (25th), after topping the bill at Leeds on Friday (23rd).

A number of other acts have also been announced for next years festival. Bastille, Pale Waves and Sundara Karma lead the line of the acts announced in the first wave.

They’re joined by The Amazons, Billie Eilish, Blossoms, Bowling For Soup, Camelphat, Crucast, Denis Sulta, The Distillers, G Flip, Hayley Kiyoko, Juice WRLD, NOT3S, PVRIS, Stefflon Don and Yungblud.
