The Rolling Stones announce UK and Ireland tour dates

Word on the street this morning is that arguably one of the biggest bands to still walk the planet, The Rolling Stones, will be coming to the UK and Ireland in May/June.

Mick Jagger, Ronnie Woods, Keith Richards and Charlie Watts will be performing six shows throughout May/June – touching down in cities such as Dublin*, Edinburgh, Cardiff and London.  It is excitingly the band’s first tour in five years – making the idea of seeing this iconic group live this time around, even more alluring.

After stopping off in the UK, The Rolling Stones will head to France, Prague, Poland and Germany to continue their European tour dates.

According to The Rolling Stones’ verified  Twitter account, there will be an exclusive presale for those lucky fans who are signed up to the official mailing list.  Priority tickets for the UK & Ireland leg will be available from Tuesday 27 February at 12 pm GMT.
