Scotland’s premium music festival, T In The Park, has announced the official line-up for this year’s T-Break Stage, as well as a variety of new names playing the festival across the weekend.
The T-Break stage, a regular fixture at T in The Park for twenty years, has a fantastic reputation for showcasing extremely talented Scottish acts in their full-frontal glory. The stage has been graced by breakthrough act The LaFontaines, as well as the iconic 2014 headliners, Biffy Clyro. Founded and sponsored by (who else?) Tennet’s Larger, the stage is the perfect platform for Scottish artists to gain mass recognition, further their fruitful legacy and throw one hell of a party.
After months of relentless preparation and speculation, last Friday the official line-up of the 2015 T-Break Stage was announced. Sixteen acts, originating from all-over Scotland, will come together over the weekend of 10th-12th July, to front the bill of this prestigious stage.
The acts who will be making their critical T In The Park debut on the T-Break Stage include: the lusciously melodic, Gerry Cinnamon, girl gang duo, The Van T’s and band of brothers, Ded Rabbit.
Many of the triumphant artists who will be fronting the T-Break Stage for the first time in T in The Park’s new gaff (Strathallan Castle) hail from Glasgow. Four-piece Dead Man Fall, electro-rock band, Crash Club and sextet, The Claramassa (who will be performing after 10pm on Sunday 13th July) are just a few names among the lump-sum.
The official 2015 T-Break Stage line-up can be seen at the bottom of this piece.
Alongside the announcement of the T-Break Stage line-up, T in The Park has announced four more artists which will have the upmost pleasure of performing at the festival. Newport trio, The Hearts, singer/songwriter, Grant Nichols, Elle King – who’s debut record, Love Stuff, is out now – and the brilliantly unique, ASIWYFA, make up the list of new additions to the festival.
This year’s T in The Park is quickly shaping up to be the biggest, brightest and most fun festival of 2015. But really, what else would we expect from Scotland’s premier event? Tickets for the weekender are still available from Ticketmaster.
