The Great Escape is back! A weekend filled with new music, bands and non-stop partying set in the beautiful town of Brighton. Since the festival can be a bit overwhelming with over 400 artists playing across 30 venues in Brighton, here’s our festival guide to give you a rundown on the weekend:
What: The Great Escape – The Festival For New Music. The Great Escape (founded in 2006) is a three-day festival set in Brighton, that showcases up and coming artists from around the world.
Where: 30+ venues, Brighton
When: 9th, 10th, 11th May 2019
Who: The line up this year is made up of over 400 artists including Lewis Capaldi, Feet, Blaenavon, Apre, China Bears and Fat White Family
How To Get There: Southeastern rail services to Brighton, by car or by National Express coach.
Top Tip: Get down early for your favourite bands! The venues tend to be small and therefore capacities can fill up very quickly.
Did You Know: Conferences are run throughout the weekend and are a great way to network your way into the music industry
