The Internet announce new London date after selling out KOKO

After quickly selling out their show at London KOKO, The Internet have announced an additional London date to their UK tour at XOYO on Tuesday 8th December 2015. Tickets for the tour are available here and are on sale now.

The tour kicks off in Glasgow at the O2 ABC2 on 24th November before Thundercat joins the tour for shows at Manchester’s Academy 2 on 25th November and London KOKO on 26thNovember, with The Internet playing at Bristol’s Marble Factory on November 27th and then closing the tour at XOYO on 8th December.

The Internet branched off from the Odd Future collective and started their own band in 2011. Syd had previously been Odd Future’s DJ and producer, but decided to write her own songs again, making her first full-length album with Matt as The Internet. When they play live, The Internet is a six-person band whose youngest member is only 17-years-old. They released their third album, Ego Death, on Columbia Records in June, with each member of the live band having an input into the recording of the release.
