The Strypes Unveil Video For ‘You Can’t Judge A Book By The Cover’

Irish rockers The Strypes have released a video for track ‘You Can’t Judge A Book By The Cover’ that lifts verses from Bo Diddley’s song of the same name (originally Willie Dixon’s song). The young lads have received some criticism lyrically for choosing a cover that stumbles over cliches (“You can’t judge a daughter by looking at her mother/You can’t judge a book by looking at the cover”) but the video is sure to make up for that with smashed TV sets, suspended guitars and a whole load of clever editing.

‘You Can’t Judge A Book By The Cover’ is set for standalone release on 4th November.
