THIS FEELING TRACK OF THE DAY 04.12.15: Rory Wynne ‘It’s A Shame All Christmas Songs Are Cheesy, Writing One Is Quite Easy’

Seeing as it’s December now, know one can say it is too early to talk about Christmas. With the big day just a few short weeks away, Rory Wynne has unveiled his very own alternative festive tune.

‘It’s A Shame All Christmas Songs Are Cheesy, Writing One Is Quite Easy’ showcases not only his talent for writing observational lyrics, but also his young age, belting: “Cliff and Aled are all I hear, and I’m not old enough for a pint of beer”.

This not so typical Christmas tune ends an exceptional year for Wynne who has been grabbing the attention of the likes of Radio 1 DJs Phil Taggart and Huw Stephens as well as having his single ‘Why Don’t You’ played at half time at Old Trafford. Fresh from multiple support slots this year with Yak, RatBoy and Blossoms, 2016 is already looking exciting for the young musician having been named as the support for The Coral in his hometown of Manchester, in spring next year.
