THIS FEELING TRACK OF THE DAY 31.03.16: Liberty Ship ‘Learning To Fly’

This Feeling’s Track Of The Day for today comes from Liberty Ship. Hailing from Sheffield, the band saw themselves making an impact almost instantly, with them supporting the likes of King Charles and fellow Sheffield icons Reverend and The Makers, as well as playing the cities most sought after festival, Tramlines. They continued to turn heads when they released their track ‘What Point’, which was included in BBC Sheffield’s top 2015 playlist and the band were also dubbed as ones to watch by Fred Perry Subculture.

Liberty Ship have tonnes of live dates booked for the next few weeks and also summer, including performances at the likes of Blackthorn and Kendal Calling festivals. The band have also revealed their latest single, titled ‘Learning To Fly’, you can watch a live session of the track for Exposed magazine below.

Liberty Ship play This Feeling London Water Rats April 2 with Bright Young People, Broken Witt Rebels and Naropa, with DJs till late. Entry is £4 with a free JD and coke for the first 50 in.
