Tim Burgess kicks off autumn tour

Gigslutz favourite Tim Burgess kicked off his UK tour last night in Bedford, along with support from fellow O Genesis band Hatcham Social. Tim has played the UK’s biggest festivals this year, such as Glasto and Latitude, as well as a stunning all dayer at Delamere Forest with The Charlatans in July.

Expect to hear songs from ‘Oh No I Love You’, Tim’s latest solo album, as well as other solo tracks and a couple of Charlatans classics chucked in for good measure. Tim’s second solo album has been met with critical acclaim from the likes of Paul Weller who described the album as “Tim’s magnum opus” as well as the guardian stating it is “Tim at his best”.

Hatcham Social, who are signed to Tim’s label O Genesis are supporting on all dates, have released a free download of their single More Power To Live to coincide with the tour, which you can hear below
