Scottish electro outfit KOBA pride themselves on working in a rather unusual way; based in Edinburgh and Glasgow, they prefer to work remotely, as it means “… that the songs are fresh to us when we leave the studio and nothing feels stale or old.”
New single ‘Rush’ was apparently inspired by the idea of meeting a new person from a different social circle, and the excitement and conflicting feelings this may bring. Filled with pulsating, danceable beats, it’s a sweeping atmospheric soundscape flowing with a dark electro energy.
